Step 1: Download Expert IPTV from the Google Play Store on your Android TV.
Step 2: Open the app and skip the payment screen – the free version is enough for using the service.

- Name: Any Name (your choice)
- Server: Your Portal URL (host)
- Username: Provided with your subscription
- Password: Provided with your subscription
Step 4: Click the "Add Profile" button.
Wait a few seconds while your channel list loads.
Samsung Smart TV
Step 1: Download Hot IPTV or Hot Player from the Samsung App Store, depending on your TV version.
Step 2: Once installed, the app will display your unique MAC Address on the main screen.
Step 3: Visit the official upload portal:
Step 4: Enter your subscription details:
- Name: Any Name
- Server: Host
- Username: USERNAME
- Password: PASSWORD
Step 5: Back on your TV, press the Refresh button to load the updated channel list.
LG Smart TV
Step 1: Download Hot IPTV or Hot Player from the LG Content Store.
Step 2: When you open the app, you'll see your unique MAC Address displayed on the screen.
Step 3: Visit this link to upload your playlist:
Step 4: Fill in your subscription info:
- Name: Any Name
- Server: Host
- Username: USERNAME
- Password: PASSWORD
Step 5: On your TV, press the Refresh button to update your playlist.
Amazon FireStick
How to Install IPTV Smarters Pro via Downloader
Step 1: On your FireStick home screen, click the Magnifying Glass > Search. Type Downloader and click the result. Then download and install it.
Step 2: Go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options.
You will see one of two options depending on your FireStick version:
- Install Unknown Apps: Click it and enable Downloader.
- Apps from Unknown Sources: Click and turn it ON.
Note: If Developer Options are missing, go to Settings > My Fire TV > About, click Fire TV Stick 7 times to enable it.
Sideload IPTV Smarters Pro APK
Step 3: Open Downloader. Select Home on the left menu. Click the URL box and enter:
Step 4: Enter the code or link and click GO.
Step 5: Wait for download to finish.
Step 6: Click Install once prompted.
Step 7: Wait for installation to finish.
Step 8: Click DONE (recommended) or OPEN to launch the app.
Step 9: Click Delete twice to remove the APK and free up space.
How to Use IPTV Smarters on FireStick
On first launch, accept Terms of Use.

Note: IPTV Smarters is a media player. It doesn't host channels. You need a valid IPTV subscription.
You can log in via:
- Load M3U Playlist or URL
- Login with Xtream Codes API
Tip: Xtream Codes API is easier to type than long M3U links. If your provider supports it, prefer using API login.
Click Login with Xtream Codes API.
Enter your details:
- Any Name (profile name)
- Username
- Password
- Server URL
Click Add User to access your IPTV service.
Windows Devices
